Carnegie Center Show

The Carnegie Center for the Arts in Three Rivers opened its annual juried show on January 17 – it was quite a party! The flowing fountains of chocolate were especially memorable.

Many members of the Three Rivers Artists Guild had work accepted into the show. The show will remain open until February 20th so there is plenty of time to see it!

Gallery hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 5pm, and Saturday, 10am to 3pm.

Jan. 6 meeting

Proof that artists attend meetings!

Proof that artists attend meetings!

A large contingent of members braved the ghastly weather and dark, icy roads to attend a meeting Wednesday night. We discussed the success of the Christmas Gallery/Market, for which Larry-Michael had created an elaborate spreadsheet detailing all sorts of information. He also brought up some amazing new ideas for the Guild — wait ’til you hear! Larry-Michael also produced an excellent contour drawing of his hand on the bottom of the spreadsheet during the meeting.
